This will allow us to be more efficient and turn around the pieces you need quickly. If we need more information for the marketing piece, we will reach out to you.
Our policies require at least 3 weeks to create drafts and obtain approvals for marketing pieces. If you want to add a rush on this piece, we cannot guarantee that you will receive it on time. After approval, it can take up to 5-7 business days (not including weekends) to print and ship.
Printing and Timelines
You will now have the option to take our PDF to any printer of your choice and print as many pieces as you wish at your own expense.
If you wish to print through us and expect SBHIS to cover the cost (partial/full) then you must provide us with a three-week advance notice. This doesn’t mean three weeks before your event, it means three weeks before you need to send out the mailers or three weeks before you need to begin promoting the event.
Invoicing
Over the next few months, you will begin to see invoices and bills that show the actual cost of doing the work you request. You will also see that the cost is covered by SBHIS, the medical group, the health plan, the PCP, and/or (in some instances) you.
You acknowledge the following:
- You understand that we will need as much information upfront to create the piece that you need in two drafts.
- You understand and acknowledge that our turn-around time can take up to 3 weeks to create, print, and/or ship the requested materials.
- You understand and acknowledge that we cannot guarantee you will receive it on time if your deadline is less than 3 weeks.
- You understand and acknowledge that it may take up to 5-7 business days to print and ship.
- You understand and acknowledge that we will proceed with the information you provide on this form.
- You acknowledge that you have double-checked your information.
